Softenger Testing Line of Business offers 'Testing as a Service (TaaS)' and 'Total Quality Management (TQM)' for enterprise wide IT applications suite which encompasses different test life cycle phases of test strategy, test planning, test design, test execution, defect management, test environment management, tools and data management, test reporting, vendor and stakeholder management, etc making use of global testing models such as waterfall model, V model, agile methodology, cloud based as well as crowd testing for Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities.

These service offerings come as a bundle or individual software test work product to suit the unique client requirements for manual testing, automation testing, functional & non-functional testing/ performance testing, security testing, infrastructure testing, etc. with the domain expertise in varied fields of telecom, BFSI, shipping, e commerce, etc.

We also help establish Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) for our partners to establish process & principles for long term sustainable IT landscape evolution.

IT plays a significant role and there are many sectors which would play a major catalyst, such as shipping, commodities, etc. other than the primarily IT dependent sectors such as telecom, banking, etc. The IT dependent domains of e commerce would need continuous quality support. Quality is a qualitative indicator of success but we intend to measure it more and more on quantitative terms to ensure we are creating new standards of customer satisfaction.
