Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify prospects, evaluation and follow up leads via phone calls and visits.
    Capability to understand client requirement, explain service features, recommend solutions and pricing plans.
  • Own end to end business development/sales funnels and be responsible for achieving revenue targets.
  • Understand consumers: Who are our target consumers, what are their needs
  • Understand partner objectives: What they need, key business metrics & how to grow their business.
  • To develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Execute sales development activities to achieve the quarterly and annual targets
  • Manages the sales pipeline in a proactive manner to ensure attainment of the individual and group contributions to the established goals.
  • Participates in regular business review meetings or forecast calls.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Experience in Remote IT Infra Services Sales for a minimum period of 03 Years.
  • Should have converted a minimum 03 Deals in a year
Desired Skillset required :-
  • Good understanding and track-record/ability to sell one or more of the following
    Services required in a datacenter and different models of engagement for these services.
  • Services in Software Testing
  • IT Process Automation
  • Ability Essential in
  • Making Presentations
  • Proposal Creation
  • Price Negotiations
  • Relationship management
  • Degree/Diploma in business administration
  • Awareness of ITIL
  • Awareness of ISO processes
  • Enthusiastic personality.
  • Track record of having achieved annual sales of 10M INR or more Ability to generating leads through industry connects.
