| Job Description : | Derive root cause analysis and provide feedback to improve future customer architecture changes. Drive customer escalated issues to closure by providing workarounds and fixes in a timely manner. VMware ESX (from version 5.1 to the latest release) Server Migration using P2V tools or V2V migration. ESXi and vCenter patching Snapshot, HA, DRS & Cloning background process Proficient on Vmware technologies like:-VMware High-Availability, VMware Vmotion, VMware DRS, VMware vCenter and vCenter Update Manager, – VMware vCenter and Web console VM creation. Configuring VMware cluster Experience with hardware platforms Storage Management Techniques VMware ESX Management and Troubleshooting Knowledge of Switching and vlan, NIC Teaming. Patch administration and deployment. Working knowledge Vcenter role and permission and AD integration. VMware ESX /VSphere)support Experience, VCP certification. Good knowledge on Windows Server 2008,2012,2016 and 2019 Troubleshooting windows issue Creation of FTP on windows and managing permission Managing file server permission Resolving vulnerability issue on Windows Knowledge on AD |
