We are looking for Database Administrator to join highly motivated team, expected to bring in solid expertise and experience on the technical considerations associated with Database in terms of design, plan, Architectural configuration and maintenance of Cloud & On-Premises Databases.
• MsSql, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL databases
• Database installation, configuration, patch and upgrade/migrate
• Clone, Replication and Disaster Recovery
• Infrastructure operations with backup & restore
• Database security policy implementation
• Database and SQL level performance tuning
• Power Shell, Linux/Unix/Shell Scripting
• MSSQL with Cloud (PaaS, IaaS) & Oracle/MySQL/Mango DB/ PostgreSQL
• 8+ Database Administration experience
• Strong experience on Cloud with Multiple DB exposure
• Must be willing to take ownership of issues and resolve them with a sense of urgency
• Strong analytical thinking and knowledge of procedures
• Ability to work in flexible working hours
• Problem solving and proactive response capabilities
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to innovate new solutions
• Strong background for troubleshooting and problem analysis
• Hands-on engineering support during the migration and execution phase.
• Monitor performance/utilization and make recommendations for improvement
