- Handling end to end recruitment process
- Should have worked in IT & Non-IT Recruitments
- Must have exposure of IT/ IT Infrastructure /Telecom & BFSI domains.
- Conducting preliminary interviews and Screening best fit candidates for open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate for interviews with all stake holders.
- Should have exposure of latest industry trends & Social Media Platforms & other hiring source tools for hiring needs.
- Provide Analytical & well documented recruiting reports.
- Should be able to Manage & achieve TAT for each Recruitment activity.
- Act as a single point of contact for internal & external stakeholders to build influential relationship.
