Mr. Joshi established Softenger in 1987 and actively led Softenger till 2000. He started his career in information technology with IBM in 1966 and has since carried out a number of consultancy assignments in India and abroad. As chairman of Softenger, he provides strategy guidance to key members of our management team. Mr. Joshi has been a member of audit committee and of board of directors of Nucleus Software Exports Ltd.

Abhijit is an expert in system administration and is widely regarded as a guru in this domain. He started his career with Softenger and has since grown through the ranks to become the Managing Director of Softenger.

Madhav joined Softenger in 2001 and after initially developing and managing the in-house training delivery program he has established Softenger’s presence in Singapore. He currently heads the Singapore operations and has been responsible for Softenger’s rapid growth there.

Girish is a successful serial entrepreneur with a proven track record in growing technology companies. He has been responsible for founding and leading 3 high-tech companies in engineering and IT industries.

Abhijit is responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies for Softenger. He has led the marketing initiative to grow in Indian and European companies for the last 10 years.

Jay is responsible for marketing and sales activities to grow Softenger’s operations in the US. His 12 year experience spans entrepreneurship and consulting, and he has a strong background in IT, engineering and management consulting. He has worked in India and the US to assist clients in the delivery of strategic and operational initiatives.
