Graduate Engineer Trainee Program

Softenger runs a trainee program for engineering and M.C.A. graduates. The program is designed to provide high-end training for 6 months in Enterprise Systems Management and covers:

• C programming language, ANSI C library, Programming standards
• Unix: Commands, shell programming, internals, system calls
• Networking and security fundamentals
• Communication and time management
• Database administration: Oracle, Sybase and MS-SQL administration
• System administration: Solaris / AIX / Linux / Windows-Server

Trainee program attendees have to furnish financial guarantees to back up their commitment to work at Softenger for a period of 30 months including the training period of six months. The guarantee may be invoked if the trainee does not complete 30 months of continuous employment with Softenger.
