Founder and Chairman, Mr Suresh Joshi started Softenger in 1987 and actively led the company till the year 2000.

Beginning his career in information technology with IBM in 1966, Mr. Joshi has since embarked on a number of consultancy initiatives in India and abroad. As chairman of Softenger, he provides guidance on strategic issues and directions to key members of our management team.

Mr. Joshi has also been a member of the audit committee and the board of directors of Nucleus Software Exports Ltd.

Abhijit Chaphekar

Starting his IT career with Softenger,  and rising rapidly through the ranks to become the Managing Director of Softenger, Abhijit possesses more than 10 years of hands-on experience in handling teams across various streams in an enterprise environment.

With a firm belief that technology should be directed towards bridging the gap between creators and consumers of technology, Abhijit has created a culture of passionate professionals who are committed to the best delivery of services to our customers.

Madhav Kolhatkar
Managing Director,

Madhav has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree from the College Of Engineering Pune and spent about 13 years with Tata’s before switching to IT. Madhav joined Softenger in 2001 and brings with him vast project management experience.

Madhav was initially responsible for developing our in-house training delivery programs. Later, he went on to establish Softenger’s presence in Singapore and has been responsible for Softenger’s rapid growth there.

Today, Madhav continues to lead our efforts in the Asia Pacific region. During this period of growth, he is focusing on building teams, innovating, marketing successful products and expanding the customer base.

Abhijit Ranade

Abhijit is responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies for Softenger. He has led marketing initiatives in Indian and European companies for the last 10 years.
